Posted Wednesday, March 12, 2008 Meet Master Stitcher Deb Bowker Click article title to see photos of Deb's great work! Here's Julie at the San Diego Market with her good friend -- and master stitcher -- Deb Bowker. Many of you have seen examples of Deb's stitching over the years, either in Julie's shop in Key West or in her booth at various TNNA Markets. Her skill and creativity evoke a "WOW!" reaction everytime she puts needle to canvas.
The photo at the top is a great example -- Deb's version of Julie's beach frog (Item 104J) looks playful enough to jump into your lap. In our Key West store customers gravitate to this frog and want to duplicate it exactly! We need to thank Deb for selling so many beach frog canvases for us over the years. Directly above is a close up.
Deb's take on Peace Cottage (Item 51J-B) is so inviting that Julie used it in all of her advertising for the 2007-2008 season.

Here's a photo of Deb's latest endeavor -- the Paisley Envelope Bag (Item 39P). Two views with different fibers and color schemes.
We can't thank Deb enough for all the samples she's created for us over the years. Here are a few more photos of her expert work: Lacy Patch Frog (Item 76J), Sunset Mallory Square I & II (Items 113J-B and 113J-C) and Duval Street (Item 113J-A).
